Purchasing Policies

• We will gladly accept items brought to us in sealed/closed boxes or totes with your name, address, and phone number. Maximum of 1 tote/bin per visit 
• We will not accept items brought in bags, garment bags, or on hangers. Please ensure you are labelling each box and/or tote you are dropping off.
• You may drop off your items on TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS anytime during business hours. We will contact you within 48 hours.  We will present you with an itemized list of the items we would like to purchase from you at the time of pick up.
• We base our selection and prices on supply, demand, brand, size,condition, and many other factors. We do not price our items generically by product type.
• Items must be freshly laundered and ironed if needed. They should also be free of strong odors, stains, holes and pet hair.

  Consignment Policy

  • Little Sweet Pea will consign special items such as: cribs, highchairs, swings, bouncey chairs, baby slings and carriers, playpens, changing tables, select learning/educational and floor toys.
  • An agreed upon price is set, usually 50% of the retail price and then a contract is signed by the seller.
  • The item will be displayed in the store for 60 days.
  • If the item remains unsold after the consignment period ends we will attempt to contact you once. After 15 days from the end of the agreement, all remaining unsold items will become property of Little Sweet Pea. 

  Return Policy

  At Little Sweet Pea, we want you to be totally satisfied with the product you are purchasing. However, if you do need to return an item, you must do so within 7 days from purchase. Store credit will be extended at that time, but only if the Little Sweet Pea tag is attached and the item is in its original condition.
